Matthew Tisdale a valuable member of the Regional Black Chamber of Commerce SFV has been elected as Director of Workforce development by  the  neighborhood Council of Pacoima, one of the empowerment zones of the Regional Black Chamber of Commerce SFV. His duties are varied and diverse, and he is willing to serve his community unselfishly. A long  time business owner in the SFV, under the business name of “See How Inc”, a multi-prong work force center, dealing with at risk youth & adults. See How Inc was also named small business of the year by the Regional Black Chamber in 2006.
