Who We Are

The Regional Black Chamber of Commerce of San Fernando Valley (RBCC) is a strong advocate in the San Fernando Valley and the surrounding cities, including North Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, and Santa Clarita/Valencia, and the West Los Angeles  Metro areas of Marina Del Rey & Inglewood. Our primary goal includes providing regional  services to meet the success and needs of small, minority and women-owned businesses, empowering the community and business members through education from various forums, solidifying business relationships with Corporate America, providing training opportunities for members, and recognizing  community Volunteers and corporations who have demonstrated their commitment to  the community. As a result of our dedication and achievements, we have been  recognized as, “Chamber of the Year” in 2004,  also received recognitions from the city of Los Angeles ,*(Mayor's office), California State Assembly,  California State Senate and the United States Congress.

for most legislative issues formed

 and presented to the public for 

discernment. Moreover, its a

 information bureau and a

 research and promotion

 medium.
